Tea & Spice Matcha Chai Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 16 ounces vanilla almond milk>
  • 1-2 cardamom pods
  • 1/8 teaspoon peppercorns
  • 1/4 cinnamon stick
  • 3 whole cloves
  • 1/8 inch slice of fresh ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried fennel seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of DoMatcha

DIRECTIONS

  • Bring almond milk and spices to a boil.
  • Boil for 5 minutes, then simmer for 10 minutes. Strain into a blender.
  • Let the mixture cool down for a few minutes
  • add 1 teaspoon of D≈çMatcha and blend.
